I have used Bacc-Off(Mint) twice now. That is, I’ve gone through 2 cans in two days.I’m 18, and I’ve been dippin’ for 10 years. I can’t give some miraculous success story as of yet, but I can tell you that while you’ve got it, Bacc-Off replaces the need to dip. However, as it is nicotine-free, it is still difficult to quit. But the nicotine from the dip is replaced by the natural caffeine in the tea leaves, so it balances out.
